A member of John Toshack's Wales squad, Evans is an imposing centre back whose physical attributes caught Denis Smith's eye when he was one of the League of Wales' outstanding players at TNS. A threat at corners too, Evans has managed to curb his aggession after picking up a series of red cards in the 2006-7 season.
